Lars Smith is a sixth-generation Nevada County, California native and a third-generation builder with deep roots in the community he proudly serves. Raised in a family of builders, Lars learned early the importance of craftsmanship, integrity, and taking pride in a job well done—values that continue to guide every project he completes.
Specializing in remodels he is committed to providing quality workmanship, clear communication, and durable results that homeowners can trust.
When he’s not on the job site, Lars leads an active life. He is an avid BMX and motocross rider, enjoys helping his daughter practice, and has proudly helped coach her softball teams. He also loves spending time with his rescued dogs, who are an important part of his family. Lars’ dedication to family, community, and hands-on effort carries through in both his work and his personal life.
